Individual Sessions

Personalized one-on-one support for BIPOC women navigating anxiety, racial trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, and more. Together, we’ll create a space that’s grounded in safety, growth, and self-compassion.​

Group Support Sessions

Connect in a supportive, therapist-led space with others who share similar experiences. Groups are designed to foster healing through community, validation, and skill-building—covering topics like perinatal mental health, DBT skills, and racial trauma.​

I offer sessions Tuesday to Friday evenings and Saturdays
during the day. Other times available upon request.

Let’s connect for a 20-minute call. You can ask your questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit.

If you are ready to move forward, we’ll book your first therapy appointment at a time that works for you.

Before our first session, you’ll fill out a short intake questionnaire and review a few important documents, including a consent to treatment form—so you know exactly what to expect and feel fully informed.

We’ll take time to explore what brought you to therapy and begin identifying your goals and intentions for our work together.

From here, we’ll move forward with care, clarity, and intention—at your pace.
