Starting therapy isn’t always easy—especially for women of color who carry so much. I offer a supportive space for BIPOC women, with a special focus on Black women, to explore anxiety, racial trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, and more. You deserve to be seen, heard, and cared for. Services are offered in both English and French.

Get to know me

My name is Mamy Kalambay, I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. We all deal with daily challenges in our life, they can stem from our childhood, our work, our love life, family life and everything in between. We have the potential to reach our goals and  become the person we envision ourselves to be.

As a mental health professional, my role is to assist you in your journey to achieve these goals; together we will figure out strategies and tools that are ideal for you. Remember you are the expert of yourself, this is your process of growth, well-being and self-discovery.

Personalized one-on-one support for BIPOC women navigating anxiety, racial trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, and more. Together, we’ll create a space that’s grounded in safety, growth, and self-compassion.

Group Support Sessions

Connect in a supportive, therapist-led space with others who share similar experiences. Groups are designed to foster healing through community, validation, and skill-building—covering topics like perinatal mental health, DBT skills, and racial trauma.

Speaking Engagements

Trauma-informed talks on mental health, identity, and emotional well-being—centered on Black communities and people of colour. I help organizations and community spaces foster psychological safety and meaningful connection.

Here’s how we’ll get started—step by step,
with clarity and care.

Let’s connect for a 20-minute call. You can ask your questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit.

If you are ready to move forward, we’ll book your first therapy appointment at a time that works for you.

Before our first session, you’ll fill out a short intake questionnaire and review a few important documents, including a consent to treatment form—so you know exactly what to expect and feel fully informed.

We’ll take time to explore what brought you to therapy and begin identifying your goals and intentions for our work together.

From here, we’ll move forward with care, clarity, and intention—at your pace.

I offer sessions Tuesday to Friday evenings and Saturdays
during the day. Other times available upon request.
