Starting counselling isn’t always easy, especially for women of colour who often carry many responsibilities and put the needs of others before their own. Taking the step to focus on yourself can feel unfamiliar, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a supportive and affirming space for BIPOC women to explore different challenges such as anxiety, work-related stress, relationship issues, parenting stress, life transitions, and more.
While my work is centred on supporting Black women and women of colour, I welcome adults of all backgrounds and identities who feel that my approach resonates with their needs.
You deserve to be seen, heard, and cared for. I offer individual counselling and mental health support in both English and French.
